Borrow a current edition of the required handbook from a friend and bring it to class

Purchase through an alternate source online, such as the American Heart Association, some college campus book stores have them in stock, call about alternate book purchasing locations and web sites.

Include book purchase in checkout option, upon successful completion of testing, donate your manual to our used book library and receive a discout of equal value upon next re-certification.
When can I pick up the reading materials? After registering online for one of our courses, you may pick up the manual one day before the class. We currently do not ship books. YOU ARE NOT required to pick up the manual before class. Non-recertification courses are geared towards students without experience or exposure to CPR/AED or First aid training. Materials will be provided the day of the course. No pre-course study is needed to attend.

Can I schedule a private class?

No..... however if you a would like to come in a complete the written test and skill portion of the online training available through the American Heart Association you may do so. This is for re-certification of an AHA BLS/CPR healthcare provider card only. You may call and schedule for any time during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm
Are there weekend classes available?

Yes, by appointment only. You may call and schedule a weekend group class.
How many people is considered a group?

We request that you have a minimum of five people to schedule non calender day classes.
What about during the week?

Yes, we can arrange group classes during the week, please call for availability.
Can you train us at our place of business?

What if I'm not sure that I put the correct date in the text box upon check out at the shopping cart?

Just call or email and we will make sure you are listed for the appropriate date.
How soon will I get my card?

As long as you register within 24 hours of the class date you will receive your card upon successful completion of the course.
What If my employer requires that I produce proof that I received my new CPR card, it is going to expire and I didn't register within 24 hours?

We will provide you with a CEU certificate and proof of completion date. You will receive your card the day after completion, assuming you were unable to register without the proper 24 hour notification ( ie: you registered the day of the class) You must pick it up in the office or it will be mailed to you.
